Balearic Beats – for free? Absolutely.

Our mission on this site is to spread the word about our love for Balearic Music.

Sure, there are many and varied descriptions of what is Balearic – Frank Tope’s somewhat legendary explanation that it’s just “pop music that sounds good on pills” being amongst our favourites – but for us, it’s just the right record at the right time. Anything that sounds good on a dancefloor.

So, for the first volume of our series of Balearic Beats we compiled a double mix CD clocking in at over two hours and twenty minutes. The Balearic Mix was supposed to just be for promotion but we had a few left over so you can buy that double CD on this site (if there are any left).

But, you can get an hour of the mix as a download for free if you just stick your email address in the box on the right.
